Are foil balloons delivered filled with helium?
We deliver our foil balloons packaged and uninflated. You can see either on the product. image or in the description if the balloon requires inflation with either helium or air.
Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
Unfortunately, you can’t add items to an existing order once it’s been placed.
You can try giving us a call, to see if your order has already been dispatched. We'll try our best for you!

Can you deliver Balloon Arrangements?
Yes, we do offer local delivery!
We're able to deliver our Specialist Arrangements and Latex Balloons to the Southampton area.

Collection
How will I know when to collect my order?
If you'd like to collect at a certain date and time, please let us know in the notes section when you place your order.
Alternatively, we'll send you a notification via e-mail as soon as your order is ready for collection!
We aim to fulfil orders instantly and always offer either same-day or next-day fulfilment.
Returns & Refunds
Am I able to return my order?
Of course, we want you to be happy with your order! You’re able to return products providing we receive the items within 14 days of the original purchase.
All returned items must be unused, in their original packaging & in a resalable condition.
We’re sorry but we do not accept any returns on confectionery, personalised products, pants, hosiery or wigs.
PLEASE NOTE: You must bring your receipt with you in order to receive a full refund. A Credit Note will be issued in instances where a receipt is not provided.
Damaged & Faulty Items
If you’re order is damaged, faulty or wrongly supplied, please contact us immediately.
Can you refund an alternative card?
All items that are refunded, will be refunded by the same payment method the order was placed with.
