This pack of self-inflating “Happy Birthday" Balloons have a bright metallic finish creating a fun party atmosphere. Easy assembly makes it a must-have for parties. To assemble simply press and shake the centre of the balloon. Each pack of two comes with easy clip-on sticks. Each balloon is approximately 12cm in diameter when inflated and is made from natural rubber latex and metallic finish. Each pack is available in Pink or Blue.
